With the knowledge of previous product launches, this user journey was created to understand how the introduction of a new consumer product category would affect business lines within the organization. It also shows areas were the experience of both the physical and digital aspects of the product has opportunity to be enhanced.
Once the product’s capabilities were defined, and the user’s needs were all captured, a feature map was created to begin the information architecture process.
With the features mapped out, user-flows provided insights to how the experience of accomplishing tasks would be executed.
